ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.2266/2007/A4, dated 13.08.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has rejected the petitioner’s request to utilise “Chitri”
machine.
On the petitioner’s own showing, he has filed an appeal before the Conservator of Forests against the order impugned in this Writ Petition.
In view of the said fact, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for adjudication on merits at this stage. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with the direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, if not already done, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46027 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
