ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the fair price shop dealer of Shop No.30 of Penukonda Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, with the grievance that respondent No.4 has not been issuing the release order for the month of December, 2014.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court release order, dated 01.12.2014, issued by respondent No.4 in respect of the essential commodities for the month of December, 2014.
In view of the remedial measures taken by respondent No.4 by issuing the release order, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46216 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
