JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. On 11.12.2012, this Court had passed the following order:
Party-in-person Mr. S.N. Sinha who is practising lawyer also in this Court,is not present in any of the two calls. However, in the interest of justice, list the matter on 26th December, 2012.
Today also, when the matter is called out, Mr.S.N. Sinha, who is shown as party-in-person, is not present. Be it noted that he is a practising lawyer in this Court and therefore no intimation may be given to him. List the matter for hearing on merits on 28.12.2012.
