2. Petitioners have sought to quash the order dated 21.05.2016 passed by the I Addl. Civil Judge & JMFC, Kolar. Order Sheet in C.C.No.160/2016 discloses that the trial Court did not pass any orders on 21.05.2016. The proceedings dated 21.05.2016 read as under:
“21/5/16 Complainant by KAK P.O. is On SVP Case SS to accused 1 to 4 unserved Called and Adjd, to 23/7/16 Sd/-

3. Hence, no order is necessary warranting interference by this Court. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
