Criminal Original Petition No.19140 of 2016 filed under Sec.482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to F.I.R in Cr.No.13of 2016 dated 20.05.2016, quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the parties appeared before this Court and their identities were got verified. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the de facto complainant represented that the dispute between the parties was amicably settled and they have entered into compromise and the same is filed before this Court.. The contents of the affidavit in the Joint Compromise Memo is hereby accepted and the affidavit of undertaking shall form part of this order.
2. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties and also the averments made in the affidavit of the compromise memo, the proceedings in D.V.No.23/2015 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and the case in Cr.No.13 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent as against the petitioners are quashed and the criminal original petitions are allowed. Consequently, connected Crl.MP is closed.
