Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the judgment of this Court dated 05.10.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No. E8/16943/2008 dated 01.11.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
