JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent Police not to harass the petitioners on the complaint given by the Defacto complainant.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that already matrimonial disputes are pending and the defacto-complainant is not R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr showing any interest so as to complete the investiation or trial. Hence the petitioner seeks appropriate remedy from this Court.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that this Court had already granted an interim order of not to harass the petitioners, the same shall continue and the third respondent is directed to complete the investiation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
