JUDGMENT / ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 18.02.2005 in SU.THU.(MA).NA.KA.NO.M1/322/98, by which, the suspension of the petitioner from 23.10.1997 to 30.09.1998 was treated as leave period, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the retirement of the petitioner, the terminal benefits due to him has already been settled as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.38242 of 2005 in W.P.No.35226 of 2005 dated 05.12.2005.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
