This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the applications filed by the petitioner dated 3.7.2014 for grant of Stage Carriage Permits.
On 24.11.2014 it was reported by the learned Government Pleader for Transport, on instructions, that the Regional Transport Authority, Prakasam district has considered the petitioner’s application for grant of stage carriage permit in the meeting held on 11.11.2014 and rejected the said application. As nobody appeared for the petitioner, the writ petition was adjourned and today also nobody appeared for the petitioner.
In view of the rejection of the petitioner’s application as above, nothing further survives for consideration. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
