JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent dated 23.02.2017 and to quash the same.
2. Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned counsel, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that as against the impugned order dated 23.02.2017, the petitioner has got remedy by way of an Appeal.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to file an Appeal as against the impugned order dated 23.02.2017 passed by the 1st respondent within a week's time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I give liberty to the petitioner to file an Appeal as against the impugned order dated 23.02.2017 passed by the 1st respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
