ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.4, in not releasing the stocks in favour of the petitioner for distribution through the fair price shop for which he holds authorization, as illegal and arbitrary.
In obedience to the direction issued by this Court, respondent No.4 is personally present. He has reported to the Court that as he has realized that withholding of stocks is without any justification, the stocks relating to the month of December, 2014 have already been released to the petitioner. He has further stated that he will not repeat such conduct in future.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.4, the Writ Petition is closed with the warning to him not to repeat such conduct in future.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.46877 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
