ASWARTHA NARAYANA presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the orders vide Appeal No.1 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 2 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 3 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 4 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 5 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 6 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 7 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014, Appeal No. 8 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014 and Appeal No. 9 of 2014, Dt.10.03.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent and refusal orders Dt.05.02.2014 passed by the 5th respondent in rejecting to register the documents in respect of the petitioners' plot Nos. 8, 7, 25, 38, 14, 12, 50, 49 and 48 in Sy.No.433-11 situated at Hindupur, Hindupur Town, Anantapuramu District is illegal and arbitrary, set aside the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to accept the documents presented in respect of the plot Nos. 8, 7, 25, 38, 14, 12, 50, 49 and 48 in Sy.No.433-
11 situated at Hindupur, Hindupur Town, Anantapuramu District without referring Section 22-A (1) of the Stamps and Registration Act, 1908.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.ASWARTHA NARAYANA Advocate for the Petitioners and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
