HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.3768 OF 2012 This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in D.V.C.No.2 of 2012 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally.
2. Heard both sides.
3. As seen from the proceeding sheet, there is no stay in the matter. Since the D.V.C. is of the year 2012, I feel that the trial court has to take up the case and dispose of it expeditiously within stipulated time by giving such direction and by dispensing with the presence of the petitioners as they are in-laws, sister-in- law and husband of sister-in-law of complainant, this petition can be disposed of.

For these reasons, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the trial court to dispose of the D.V.C.No.2 of 2012 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the presence of the petitioners i.e., respondents 2 to 5 in D.V.C.No.2 of 2012 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, be dispensed with for each and every adjournment. However, they shall appear if their presence is felt necessary by the trial court. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
5. As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
