ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings bearing Rc.B.943/2014, dated 07.10.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) appearing for the respondents placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Rc.B/943/2014, dated 17.12.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s authorisation and directed respondent No.4 to allow the petitioner to continue as fair price shop dealer and allot essential commodities.
In view of this proceeding, the grievance with which the petitioner has filed this writ petition stood redressed. Considering the fact that the allegations are too generic and vague which do not call for any further enquiry, respondent No.3 is directed to drop all further proceedings against the petitioner on the allegations based on which his authorisation was suspended.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48531 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
