The issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to the inaction of the Registration Authorities in entertaining documents for registration basing on the letter, dated 03.09.2010, of the Tahsildar, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupathi, Chittoor District (4th respondent). The lands in question are situated at Damineedu Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District.
2. Sri P. Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue are in agreement that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the earlier decisions of this Court in W.P.No.11457 of 2011 and W.P.No.9845 of 2013 & batch.
3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, allowed setting aside the communication, dated 03.09.2010, of the Tahsildar, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupathi, Chittoor District (4th respondent). The Sub-Registrar, Renigunta, Chittoor District (5th respondent) is directed to process the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in accordance with law without reference to the said communication. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
