The petitioner is faced with an assessment. From the contents it is neither provisional nor final assessment. Nevertheless, it is an assessment.
We allow the petitioner fifteen days time to file an objection against it. In case, the petitioner files an objection within the period as stated above, the same may be decided within next fifteen days in accordance with law.
For a period of one month, or till the objection is decided, whichever is earlier, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
The Writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
