ORDER:
Petitioner herein has already approached this Court in WP.No.2599 of 2012, which was disposed of by order dated 12.06.2012. Alleging non- compliance of the said order, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Looking at the prayer in the present writ petition and the order passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition, referred to above, the present writ petition appears to be thoroughly misconceived and is not maintainable.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, this will not preclude the petitioner from taking any other legal recourse, if aggrieved. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
