O R D E R Sri Muniraja M., for Sri M.A.Rajendra learned counsel for the petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this court propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
This petition is admitted for hearing and heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the Competent Authority to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner under One Time Settlement Scheme.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the proposal submitted by the petitioner under One Time Settlement Scheme, by a speaking order, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
