2. Mr. Santhana Raman, learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests) would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 13.03.2017, final orders have been passed by the respondent in proceedings Na.Ka. No. 1200/2017/L dated 13.09.2017 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.
3. The copy of the proceedings passed by the respondent in Na.Ka. No. 1200/2017/L dated 13.09.2017 shall form part of the records. In view of the above submission and the aforesaid order passed by the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
