2. It is the case of the petitioner that as against one Alexander and S.R.Babu, the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 02.11.2015 and the same was registered in Crime No.150 of 2015 under sections 420, 406, 468, 506(i) IPC. Though the said complaint was registered in the year 2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.
3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.150 of 2015 and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
