Sri.L.Ramakrishnappa, S/o Mr.Kullappa, Aged about 77 years (By Sri.S.T.Naik, HCGP for R1) …Petitioner …Respondents 2 This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to exercise the power under Articles 226 and 227 of Indian Constitution and issue writ of mandamus directing the Inspector COD-CID, Bengaluru District or any other competent authority to register case against respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 for the money frauds and other crimes committed by the respondent No.2, 3 and 4 vide Cr.No.65/2007, FIR No.281/2009, FIR No.328/2009, FIR No.359/2009, sumoto FIR 365/2013 and transfer all the cases pending before all police stations to Inspector COD-CID, Bengaluru District for a fair and neutral investigation so that preparators of the crime are punished in accordance with law.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that there are inherent technical and procedural defects.
Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
