It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in spite of several letters and remainders sent to the petitioner, the petitioner has not turned up, he has also sent a letter to the petitioner, that was also returned as “no such person”. Hence, this civil revision petition is closed as no instruction from his client. The respondent counsel produced a memo along with judgment in O.S.No.18 of 2007, the said suit was disposed on 14.06.2012. Against the said judgment and decree an appeal in A.S.No.39 of 2013 was filed and the same to dispose on 09.02.2016.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is closed. No costs.
