2. At the time of admission, this Court has granted interim order on 21.01.2016 in the above Writ Petition.
3. Now, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that, in fact, no General Body Meeting has been convened on 26.01.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
4. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
