JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.J] This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name ,Ms.Nalini has been found missing from 17.05.2015 onwards. On an earlier occasion, the petitioner has filed a Habeas Corpus petition in H.C.P.No.1298 of 2016, seeking the issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus and when the said Habeas Corpus Petition came up for hearing on 22.07.2016, it was submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry was conducted by the Police and it reveals that the detenue had eloped with one Mr.Kumar and she was happily living with him. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus petition was dismissed.
2.Again, the petitioner has come up with this present Habeas Corpus Petition, seeking the same relief. No fresh ground has been made out making out any case of illegal detention. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
