Kattapillai, 2.Mr.Kumar S/o. Chellakanu, 3.Mr.Kuppusamy S/o.Kattapillai, 4.Mr.Arikrishnan S/o.Kattapillai.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct the 1st respondent to enquiry on the representation dated 11.07.2013 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to give protection to the family of the petitioner and four other family members.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the matter has been adjourned twice, he was not able to contact the petitioner to know the present stage of the petitioner's representation.
3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and moreover, the representation is also of the year 2013 (more than 3 years had passed), no adjudication is necessary in the representation. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the concerned authorities.
4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No Costs.
