1. Heard Sri Suyash Agrawal, learned counsel for the assessee and Sri B.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the revenue.
2. The present revision has been filed by the assessee against the order of the Commercial Tax Tribunal, Meerut dated 26.03.2009 passed in Second Appeal No. 391 of 2003 for A.Y. 2000-01 (UP).
3. The facts of the present case are identical to Sales/Trade Tax Revision No. 943 of 2009 (M/S Vardhman Trading Company Vs. The Commissioner of Commercial Tax) decided by a separate order of the date.
4. For the same reasoning as contained in the aforesaid order, the present revision is also dismissed on the same terms and conditions.
