This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 19.07.2016 passed by R-1 at Annex-E; and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.P.Ravindra, learned counsel for Sri.A.R.Holla, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ pf certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction and quash the Order No. Law 69 LAG 2012 dated 19.07.2016, passed by the respondent No.1, Annexure-E.
ii) Direct the respondent No.1 to appoint the petitioner as the Additional Government Pleader, Arsikere and iii) pass such other deemed necessary having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case.”
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the controversy involved in this petition is squarely covered by an order dated 27.02.2007 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.1937/2006.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the order passed by the Division Bench, this petition is disposed of.
