This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to close the factory run by the 5th respondent in the name of Saraswathy Lath Works.
2. After notice, when the matter is taken up today for further hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the factory has been closed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
