Sri P. Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 21.10.2010 passed in W.P.M.P.No.32659 of 2010 in W.P.No.6308 of 2004 has been complied with, but the cause for grievance still survives. He therefore seeks the leave of the Court to permit his client to initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law.
The contempt case is therefore closed with the liberty aforestated. No order as to costs.
