Prabhakar Rao COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT : The Additional Public Prosecutor Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 51 of 2014 on the file of Vanasthalipuram, Cyberabad, R.R. District.
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioners are A6 and A7. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed offences under Section 147, 448, 302, 324, 427, 504 and 506 IPC read with Section 149 IPC. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor drew my attention to the confessional statement of A1. A1 attributed broad overt acts to the petitioners also. The second petitioner is the wife of A1. The basis of the controversy is the love affair between the de facto complainant and the daughter of A1. In a scuffle that occurred when A1 and others questioned the de facto complainant and others, one of the ladies died. It is alleged that the accused including A6 and A7 are responsible for the death of the deceased.
14 witnesses have been examined by the investigating agency including official witnesses. Added to it, both the petitioners are women. In view of the sex of the petitioners and in view of the nature of the offences alleged against them and in view of the stage of the investigation, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail, however on terms only.

Consequently, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners shall surrender before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Hayathnagar, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Hayathnagar, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction. After their release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 7.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. for a period of three months.”
