JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the complaint dated 21.11.2016 lodged by the petitioner from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent for appropriate investigation.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint of the petitioner has already been transferred from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent on 17.12.2016.
3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
