THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to pay the reasonable compensation for his medical treatment and livelihood till disposal of the case, which is said to be pending before the respondents. He has also sought for a direction to the first respondent - State to make alternate arrangement for adjudication and disposal of the case, which is said to be pending more than 42 years.
2. It is seen that in the entire prayer portion of the petition, the number and other particulars of the case said to be pending before the respondent - authorities is not mentioned.
3. In any event, directions sought by the petitioner cannot be considered in this proceedings.
4. Accordingly, this Writ petition is hereby dismissed.
5. Learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
