The petitioner has impugned the notice dated 02.03.2021 purportedly issued under Section 6H(2) of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
It is open to the petitioner to tender his reply/ defence to the aforesaid to the show cause notice.
At this stage no cause for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
