2. Pursuant to the statutory notice issued to the respondent, the respondent is present in the Court today.
3. The respondent has also filed an affidavit, wherein, while tendering unconditional apology has stated that the order passed in W.P.No.7464 of 2017 M.DURAISWAMY,J rg dated 10.04.2017 has been complied with. The respondent also produced the copy of the registration certificate evidencing the submissions made in the affidavit.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 10.04.2017 passed in the writ petition.
5. Since the respondent had complied with the orders passed by this Court, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. In view of the same, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
