The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to direct the CBI to register his complaint dated 03.10.2017, where he has alleged that one Imran Khan had fabricated document in respect of his property and obtain loan from Indian Bank on mortgaging the property. Despite the same is brought to the notice of the Indian Bank, but no action has been taken by them.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases) submits that the said complaint dated 03.10.2017 of the petitioner was received by the office of the CBI on 20.10.2017. On receipt of the same the matter has been referred to Chief Vigilance Office, Indian Bank, Chennai on 24.10.2017, to verify the content of the complaint and whether any cognizable offence is made out.
3. The said submission is recorded. Since no direction is required at this stage for CBI to register the complaint, this Crl.O.P., stands disposed of.
