JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2017 and consequently to issue separate patta to him.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2017 for issuance of separate patta, the same has not yet been issued to him.
3. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
