kj 2.Today, both sides counsel present. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appeal has been numbered as A.S.No.34 of 2017, in which, interim stay has also been granted.
3.In view of the above submission, since appeal has been numbered, this revision has become infructuous. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
