ORDER Issue notice. Mr.V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned additional government advocate, accepts notice for all the respondents. Therefore, formal service of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
2. After hearing Mr.K.B.Shivakumar, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner and Mr.V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned additional government advocate appearing for the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the application of the writ petitioner for execution of the lease deeds, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
3. We make no order as to costs.
