JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed against the non- compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.35213 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit the order passed in W.P.No.35213 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015, has been duly complied with.
3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that except Gratuity other retiral benefits are given to the petitioner and he is directed to give nomination. If the nomination is given, the respondent shall take further action immediately without any delay. On hearing the above fact, made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
