Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3.
The petitioner is before this Court praying for following main reliefs:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 to pay the salary to the petitioner for the post of Rasoiya since August, 2020.
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to work in the Institution on the post of Rasoiya.
(iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 to pass order on the applications/representations of the petitioners, considering her grievance."
Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his submission has placed reliance to the order dated 8.2.2021 wherein the District Basic Education Officer, Bhadohi has taken decision not to extend the engagement of the petitioner for the session 2020-21 in response to the resolution approved by the District Magistrate dated 3.2.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that sofaras the remuneration of the petitioner is concerned, the same has not been ensured w.e.f. August 2020.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation to the respondent No. 3 ventilating her grievance with regard to remuneration within two weeks, the respondent No. 3 would decide the same in accordance with law in further six weeks.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
