Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present petition, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Case No.313 of 2017, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., within the time stipulated by this Court.
Submission is that proceedings under Section 125, Cr.P.C. is pending since 2017.
The application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Family Court, Allahabad to decide the case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before him.
