This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 5.4.2008 and the entire proceedings in Complaint Case No. 1151 of 2007, u/s 342, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 (1) (X) of SC/ST Act pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. II, Bareilly.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 7.7.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
