JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA AT BENGALURU ON THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2019 BEFORE THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVI MALIMATH AND THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE B.M. SHYAM PRASAD BETWEEN:
REVIEW PETITION NO.169 OF 2018 IN CCC NO.1616 OF 2017 S.C. MRUTHYUNJAYAPPA SON OF LATE CHANDRASHEKARAPPA, AGED ABOUT 52 YEARS, MANAGER (SCALE-II), PRAGATHI GRAMEENA BANK, DHARMAPURA, HIRIYUR TALUK CHITRADURGA DISTRICT.
... PETITIONER (BY SRI SRINIVASA MURTHY M.C., ADVOCATE FOR SRI NATARAJ G., ADVOCATE) AND:
RAVI KUMAR THE CHAIRMAN, PRAGATHI GRAMEENA BANK, HEAD OFFICE, BELLARY.
... RESPONDENT THIS REVIEW PETITION IS FILED UNDER ORDER 47 RULE 1 READ WITH UNDER SECTION 114 OF THE CPC, PRAYING TO REVIEW THE ORDER DATED 15.02.2018 PASSED BY THIS COURT IN CCC NO.1616 OF 2017.
***** THIS REVIEW PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Even though there are certain office objections, the learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed arguments on merits. He contends that the order dated 15-2-2018 passed in CCC No.1616 of 2017 has not been complied with by the respondent.
2. On hearing learned counsels, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the record that calls for any interference. The plea of the petitioner is one of non- compliance. Non-compliance does not constitute a ground for a review petition. Hence, the petition being devoid of merit, is dismissed.
