JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on his complaint dated 22.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, more particularly in the light of the order of Inspector General of Registration in his proceedings Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 in C.No.52338/C1/2011 and file an FIR under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner had given a complaint as early as on 22.08.2016 to the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent has not considered the same and passed any order on his complaint.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 2nd respondent.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 2nd respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
