It appears from the counter affidavit of the learned Principal District Judge, Nalgonda, that decision has not yet been taken as regards appointment to the vacant posts of Senior Assistant and to those of all the feeder categories, as per rules shall be considered at the relevant time.
We therefore close the writ petition without passing any order and it will be open to the respondent authority to consider all the candidates in the zone of consideration in accordance with law. We desire that the entire exercise shall be completed expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
