O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.7 is absent. It is submitted by the learned High Court Government Pleader that the petitioner-accused No.7 has been taken to custody by the police on 09.08.2019 and as such, the present petition has become infructuous. When the petitioner-accused No.7 approached this Court under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., she has been apprehended, then under such circumstances, bail petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., does not survive for consideration as it become infructuous.
Therefore, the petition is disposed off as it has become infructuous.
