This petition coming on for admission, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER 1. Counsel for the petitioner is absent.
2. In this petition, petitioner has sought for quashing the FIR in Crime No.5/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 13(1)(c)(d) read with 13(2), 9 & 11 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Section 23 of Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999, and Sections 364, 406, 409 & 477(A) IPC.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid before the learned Judge. Learned Counsel has also drawn my attention to the order passed in Crl.P.No.6586/2013 dated 03.01.2019, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner therein was dismissed.
4. In view of the above facts, reserving liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the charge sheet on such grounds available in law, this petition is dismissed.
