ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly, Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of respondent No.2 passed in Rc.No.2402/2014/B, dated 16.08.2014 (served on 02.09.2014) keeping the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop No.27 of Seshaiahgaripalle Thanda, O.D. Cheruvu Mandal, Kadiri Division, Anantapur District under suspension on vague allegations and contrary to clause-24 of the A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, illegal to continue the petitioner as fair price shop dealer.”
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) has placed before the Court the proceedings in Rc.No.2402/2014/B, dated 22.12.2014, issued by respondent No.2, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization by withdrawing the suspension order. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has also submitted that as respondent No.2 has realised that he has committed illegality in initiating the proceedings against the petitioner, he has dropped all further proceedings against the petitioner.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49366 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
