Premnath Government Advocate ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land existing in S.F.No.68, measuring an extent of 4.43 acres and in S.F.No.71, measuring an extent of 3.57 acres at Kuppampalayam Village, Sankaramanallur South, Komaralingam, Madathukulam Taluk, Thiruppur District and fix survey stones, within a reasonable time by considering the representation dated 01.06.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2017 to measure the land and to fix the boundary stones, the respondents have not completed the exercise so far.
3. Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2017 and measure the land and fix the boundary stones, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, on payment of necessary charges by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to measure the petitioner's land and fix the boundary stones taking into consideration the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2017 and complete the exercise, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
