The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to submit the Books of Accounts and other Records of the second respondent society to the petitioner and also order to re-allot the plots to the members by valid draw method.

The party in person Mr.S.Arunachalam who has appeared before this Court seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents has strongly objected for the withdrawn of the writ petition and granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, since the petitioner has made serious allegations against the respondents.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the objections raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as requested by the petitioner, without prejudice to the right of the respondents. No costs.
